What coaching services do you offer?
I offer 1:1 personal coaching sessions and tailored coaching packages designed to support lasting transformation. All clients begin with an introductory session to explore goals, assess compatibility, and determine the best path forward. Our focus will depend on your individual needs, whether you’re navigating life transitions, rewiring limiting mindsets, growing in your career, or working through personal challenges. I blend NLP, mindset coaching, and strategic tools to help you create meaningful change from the inside out. Coaching sessions are available online, or in-person depending on your location.
Why do I need to complete the introductory session first?
The Intro Session is more than just a quick consultation, it’s a powerful first step on your journey. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore your goals, and experience my coaching style. It also gives us both the chance to see if we’re the right fit to work together. Whether or not we decide to continue with ongoing coaching, this session offers real value. It’s a focused, intensive experience that can bring immediate clarity, highlight key insights, and help uncover what’s been holding you back. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and a personalised map for your next steps that you can take away and keep for future reference.
How long do I need to commit to coaching?
I predominantly work with clients on a longer-term basis, with a minimum commitment of 6 months. This allows us to go beyond surface-level change and work at a deeper, subconscious level, where lasting transformation truly happens. It often takes time to uncover and shift long standing patterns and behaviours, which is why meaningful, sustainable change is rarely instant. Shorter-term coaching may be available for specific goals or focused outcomes. Please use the contact page to reach out if you’d like to discuss your needs further. While we may work together over an extended period, the intention is never to create dependency. Our work together will support you in making empowered, self-directed shifts that last well beyond our sessions.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
Therapy focuses on exploring the past, deep diving into unresolved trauma or emotional pain. For some, this work is essential for healing. For others, continually revisiting the past can sometimes reinforce old patterns rather than help shift them. Coaching, while acknowledging past experiences, is rooted in the present and future. It supports you in rewiring thought patterns, creating new neural pathways, and shifting behaviour at a subconscious level, without getting stuck in the story of the past. There is absolutely a place for both, but they serve different purposes. Coaching is best suited for those who feel emotionally stable and are ready to move forward. If, during our work together, it becomes clear that therapy would be more appropriate, I will always recommend seeking support from a licensed therapist or mental health professional.
What is your coaching style?
My coaching style is supportive yet challenging, intuitive and goal-oriented. Direct but compassionate. I create a safe space where you can fully be yourself, while also holding you accountable for the change you want to create. I listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and guide you to your own insights and solutions.
Do you offer a structured program or is it tailored to each client?
Both. I have a framework that supports clarity, mindset shifts, and action, but every coaching journey is customised to your unique goals, challenges, and pace. No two clients are the same, and neither is the path we take together.
How long is each session, and how often do we meet?
Sessions typically run between 1–2 hours, depending on your needs and the depth of the work or subject we’re exploring. Most clients meet with me weekly or fortnightly, but we’ll agree on a schedule that aligns with your goals, availability, and pace of progress. In addition to our scheduled sessions, I offer ongoing support between sessions because growth doesn’t just happen on the call. You’ll have access to me via WhatsApp, e-mail, or voice notes. We’ll choose the communication style that works best for you. While I may not be available immediately, I always aim to respond as soon as possible and within the same day.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
I offer virtual coaching sessions via Zoom or phone, making it easy and flexible for you to access support from anywhere in the world. This format is convenient, time-efficient, and works for most clients. However, whenever possible, I also offer in-person sessions, depending on your location and availability. Some clients find that being physically present helps them engage more fully in the coaching process. How much do your coaching services cost?
Coaching packages vary based on duration and the level of support included. Prices start at £2,500 for a 6-month package, custom options are available depending on your objectives and the scope of work. We’ll discuss pricing in full during the intro session, with complete transparency and no pressure. My coaching is not priced by the hour, because it’s not about exchanging time for money. The value of this work isn’t measured in minutes, it’s measured in outcomes, breakthroughs, and lasting transformation. My pricing reflects the depth of commitment, energy, and support I bring to each client, as well as the inner work and responsibility required from you. This is an investment in changing the trajectory of your life. Many of the patterns, blocks, and internal limitations we work through have prevented progress for years, in some cases, decades. Coaching is about finally breaking those cycles, creating new results, and stepping into who you truly are. It’s not just about the cost of coaching, it’s about what it will cost you to stay the same.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of coaching. Everything you share in our sessions stays between us, unless you give explicit permission to share or if there’s a legal or safety obligation.
Do you keep notes or records of our sessions?
Yes, I take brief notes to track progress and key themes. These notes are kept securely and are used only to support your coaching journey. You’re welcome to request a summary at any time.
